Ras Al Khaimah is planning to make laws about gaming in some of its resorts. Wynn Resorts is building a resort approved for gaming on a man-made island. Caesars Palace opened in Dubai in 2018. MGM Resort International is digging an area to support a new resort. It is not part of the planning. The UAE government media office did not answer requests for comment. It does not comment on Ras Al Khandah's plan to permit gambling. Other emirates of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah do not have similar plans.
