The USA Today 10Best Casino Hotels list is made up of the leading properties that offer both "top-notch gaming and excellent amenities," as voted by readers.
Mount Airy is an adult-only resort with amenities including a full-service spa, 18-hole golf course, dining options and bars, indoor/outdoor pool complex, entertainment venue and casino.

Announced in August, Mount Airy also earned another Four Diamond Rating by AAA for the 13th consecutive year.
