Bragg Gaming Group has launched its new content and technology with BetMGM in Michigan. New proprietary content from Bragg's Atomic Slot Lab studio and exclusive titles from the Company's partner studios are now available to BetmGM's customers in the Great Lakes state. Brag's new technology is now live with six iGaming operators across three North American markets. The online casino market in Michigan is on track to generate Gross Win of over US $1.5 billion in 2022. Bet mg is the leading iCasino operator in that state with a 38% market share in August 2022, according to Eilers&Krejcik Gaming’s U.S. Online Casino Monitor.

Bragg Gaming Group has launched its new content and technology with Rush Street Interactive in New Jersey. The new deployment will enable further titles from Bragg’s new U.S. content roadmap to rollout. According to H2 Gambling Capital, the interactive casino market in N.J. is on track to generate US $1.6 billion in Gross Win in 2022. It is the largest regulated iCasino market. Brag launched new RGS technology and content with RSI in Ontario and Michigan earlier this year.

SEGA Sammy creation is a unit of Sega Sammy Group, the Japan-based holding company best known for its pachislot and pacchinko machines businesses.

Bragg Gaming Group launches its Remote Game Server in Connecticut. The RGS features popular iGaming titles from Bragg's own studio. Brag is now live with the Rgs and its casino content in four U.S. states. Brags expects to roll out further exclusive games in multiple regulated U.,S., states this year. H2 Gambling estimates regulated interactive casino games will generate US$215 million in 2022 in the state. This figure will increase to US $320 million by 2026. Two tribes in CT are permitted to offer online casino gaming off reservation.

Bragg Gaming Group has expanded its portfolio of games to three of SkillOnNet's operator brands in Ontario. Bragg has served the regulated Ontario market since it opened on April 4. Brag has ambitions to become a leading supplier across Canada. The province is expected to be one of the largest iGaming markets in North America. Bragg Gaming Group has been approved for a license to participate in the Commonwealth's robust iGaming market. The PGCB's approval is the final regulatory approval needed in advance of closing for Bragg to complete its previously announced acquisition of Spin Games LLC. Brag expects to close the acquisition later this month. Spin Game is a B2B gaming technology and content provider servicing the U.S. market and supplies Tier 1 operators in key igaming-regulated states.

Bragg's Wild Streak Gaming has expanded its collaboration with International Game Technology. Wild Strikers will develop four exclusive land-based slot titles for the leading gaming technology supplier. The next Wild STrik's developed title will be Greek/Lucky Lightning, a unique game with two variations depending on how many credits are played on each spin.

ORYX Gaming has secured a deal to provide Player Account Management (PAM) iGaming platform and exclusive content to Betnation.nl in the Netherlands. The new brand will benefit from ORYx’s complete solution, including its acclaimed PAM and extensive games library. The anticipated site is set to go live later this year in Dutch market. Bragg is expanding its expansion strategy in regulated markets across Europe. GGR for the igaming sector was worth over US$200 million in fourth quarter of 2021.

Bragg launches content distribution agreement with 888casino in Ontario. Bragg received supplier license from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario in March 2022. The agreement includes games from Brag's exclusive portfolio, such as Egyptian Magic and the recent debut game from its in-house studio Atomic Slot Lab. Brags is excited to offer the growing number of operators in the Ontario market a full suite of titles from their in house studios and third-party content partners.

Bragg Gaming Group has been granted a license by AGCO to supply local iGaming and sports betting operators with its player account management platform, i gaming content and managed services. Bragg will be able to introduce its in-house titles and exclusive content from third-party partners to the Canadian market when the market opens on April 4.

ORYX Gaming has secured an agreement to supply exclusive slots to Swiss operator Casino Interlaken. The deal provides players at Casino's online brand, StarVegas.ch, with access to ORYx's proprietary slots library and its selection of exclusive RGS content. The partnership with InterLaken marks ORyX’s third in the country following deals with Grand Casino Luzern and Grand Casinos Baden.

Queenie Wong will become the Chief Financial Officer of Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited effective January 1, 2022. Ms. Wong has been employed by Gateway since 2011. She has previously worked as the Company's Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining Gateway, Ms Wong worked in the Audit and Assurance Group at PwC.

XR Casino Announces Strategic Investment From Bots, Inc.

ORYX Gaming will provide its exclusive content to a roster of iGaming brands powered by the White Hat Gaming platform. The deal will see ORYx's games reach over 40 new brands across Europe. The agreement follows a series of new market entries with a host of partners. Chris Looney, Chief Commercial Officer at Bragg, said the agreement meets their goals and emboldens them as they continue to push on across the Europe

ORYX iGaming Platform Powers BetCity.nl in Successful Dutch Market Launch. BetEnt, the online arm of established Dutch land-based operator Casino City, selected ORYX to provide it with a complete solution. ORyX provides localized managed services, providing Bet City with full management of marketing, AML and payments services. Casino has operated land based casinos in Amsterdam since 1974 and currently manages five properties in the city.

In Canada, four regions have regularized gambling on their regions. This is affirmed by the yearly insights distributed by territories that approve the activity of casino destinations.

Bragg Secures Exclusive Five-year Content Licensing Agreement with Bluberi. Blueri has a library of over 100 titles developed for land-based Class II, Class III and tribal lottery system (TLS) markets. Bragg will distribute Bluers' content via Brags' extensive network across Europe and North America. Brgs will expand the reach of Blu's games via its global footprint in Europe, Canada and Canada after the completion of its acquisition of Spin Games. The company has already seen success with adapting its games for distribution in the online space via the Wild Streak studio.

ORYX Gaming will launch its platform and content in the Czech Republic through a full turnkey deal with major operator MERKUR. Online gambling in Czechs brought in approximately USD 550m in 2020 and accounted for over 32% of total gambling revenue. Gauselmann Group is well-established in land-based verticals and the provision of ORYx’s platform will allow for an alignment of its land based operations with its current activity in online sector.

Bragg’s ORYX Hub Live with Admiral Bet in Serbia. ORyX Gaming is already an existing partner and trusted supplier to the group in the German and Croatian markets. ORX has proven popular with Serbian players since it entered the regulated market in 2017. Bragg now works with several operators in that country.
