Bragg Gaming Group has received the final regulatory approval to participate in the Commonwealth’s robust iGaming market. Bragg expects to complete its acquisition of Spin Games LLC later this month. Spin Game is a B2B gaming technology and content provider servicing the U.S. market and supplies Tier 1 operators in key igaming-regulated states. Brag expects Spin games and its Remote Game Server to deliver the benefits of its advanced player engagement, data tools and platform technology.

It is expanding into an international force within the global online gaming market. In May 2021, Brag will buy Nevada-based Spin Games, B2B gaming tech provider servicing the U.S. market, which supplies Tier 1 operators in the region.
