Vegas has hosted some of the biggest heavy metal acts of all time. The list below goes through the most iconic Vegas residencies played by rock and metal bands.
Kiss has had two residencies in Vegas. The first one was at The Joint, a section of the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Kiss cancelled their European tour shortly after. They cited the fact that Vegas is too busy. They might reschedule later. It is unlikely that they will rescheduled the European dates. Croupier is one of most sought-after jobs in the city.
Both Kiss and Aerosmith had Vegas residencies. Both had slot games, also available at online casinos. Aero's 2019 run lasted from April to June. Most of the shows were sell-outs. Second series of dates at the Park Theatre will take place in November and December 2022.
Def Leppard will play six weeks of shows in August and September 2019 in Planet Hollywood. In 2022 they will perform with Mötley Crüe, Poison, and Joan Jett in an arena tour.
