A northern Michigan man just got rich — fast.
The Lake County man recently won a $839,125 Doubler Wild Time Progressive Fast Cash jackpot, according to the Michigan Lottery.
The player, who chose to remain anonymous, purchased his ticket Jan. 20 at Luther Grocery located at 213 State Street in Luther.
"I like to play the Fast Cash games." he told the Michigan Lottery. "When I looked at my ticket and saw I had won, all I could say was: 'Are you kidding me?'
With his prize, he plans to help others.
"Winning a prize like this feels great," he said. "It provides a financial cushion and will allow me to help others."
