William Brisco, 37, left his four kids in his SUV to gamble at the Casino at Delaware Park in Wilmington, Delaware. He was charged with felony drug possession.

Brisco was arrested at the Delaware casino on Sunday. He left his four children in his car with the engine running and placed a wager in the casino.

Brisco was caught with suspected cocaine and $390 of suspected drug proceeds. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance “Tier 3 Quantity (Felony).” Brisco was also charged for endangering the welfare of the child, resisting arrest, unattended motor vehicle, and possession drug paraphernalia.
