Bragg completed its acquisition of Spin Games LLC in a cash and stock transaction valued at approximately USD$30 million. Bragg will launch its first proprietary games - Egyptian Magic, Fairy Dust and Paradise Ticket - on its remote gaming server in Q3 2022. Spin's existing content portfolio includes more than 30 in-house developed games and popular third-party titles from well-known land-based slot manufacturers.
