Las week, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Polica Department arrested Duane 'Keefe D' Davis on a charge of murder with a deadly weapon with gang enhancement in the dead of raper and pop culture icon, Tupac Shakur. After nearly 30 years of searching for the person who is responsible for the rapper's death, Davis was finally found and more evidence is emerging about the case. Early on Monday, it was revealed that a video tape of Tupac's final moments before getting shot were actually shown to a grand jury as evidence. Prosecutors were the ones who announced the indictment right after Davis was arrested in Henderson, Nevada. The video was obtained by KLAS, a brawl that takes place as both Tupac and Death Row Records founder Suge Knight are leaving the MGM Grand.

In the video that appears to be a security tape from the hotel, Tupac appears involved in a brawl with members of the South Side Compton Crips. Amongst these gang members, there was Davis and his nephew, Orlando 'Baby Lane' Anderson. According to the police, the brawl broke out due to Knight's Blood-affiliated gang, Mob Piru. The two groups were allegedly fighting over a diamond necklace with the Death Row Records logo on it. Mere moments after this incident, Tupac was a passenger on Knight's infamous black BMW when a shooter fired several rounds at a red light on Flamingo Road and Koval Lane. Just a block from the Strip. Tupac died six days after the attack due to the bullet wounds.

According to KLAS, Davis was part of the entourage that was sitting on the car from which these shots were directed at Tupac. Along with Anderson, Davis, and a third man in the rear whose name is Deandre Smith According to a South Side Crips gang affiliate, it was Smith the one who shot and killed Tupac from the back of the other car. Although right now, both Anderson and Smith are deceased. Suge Knight is currently in jail and he refuses to testify against Davis because he believes 'Keefe D' is being wrongfully charged. In the video, Suge Knight appears at the very center of the brawl and is considered one of the main responsible people for Tupac Shakur's murder.
