Stefan Soloviev is interested in joining the New York State's casino industry. He has already started discussions with Las Vegas brands to develop a casino south of the United Nations in Manhattan.
Stefan Soloviev is interested in bringing one of the casino licenses to Manhattan, NYC. He wants to build a casino, a 1,000-room hotel, 4-acre park, Ferris wheel and museum. Mr. Solow's son has six acres of land available for a potential casino project.
Mr. Soloviev will face a lot of competition when it comes to acquiring a commercial downstate license. SL Green Realty Corporation and Caesars Entertainment want to build a gaming property in Times Square at 1515 Broadway. The Broadway League is not a fan of the idea. Thor Equities is interested in Coney Island.
