HENDERSON – The Rainbow Club Casino in Henderson is proud to announce its new cocktail menu for guests. The casino, located in Downtown Henderson’s Historic Water Street District, is adding eight specialty cocktails to its roster.
The new additions to the menu will include takes on traditional drinks, such as the Rainbow Club Margarita, which incorporates Butterfly Cannon color- changing tequila, the Fig Old Fashioned, which adds Black Infusion Fig Vodka into the mix, and the Raspberry Smash, which combines Pink Whitney vodka with syrup, lemon juice, fresh mint and muddled raspberries.
This refreshing new cocktail menu was crafted by Emerald Island and Rainbow Club Casino Culinary Director Scott Pajak, in collaboration with Stefania Zaretti from Johnson Brothers of Nevada.
“We are so excited to unveil this new cocktail menu exclusively available at the Rainbow Club Casino,” said Pajak. “I’m proud of the work we put into creating these unique drinks, each of which reflect the new modern atmosphere that has become Downtown Henderson. We look forward to the continued growth in the variety of diverse menu options we offer to our family of guests and invite those age 21+ to come enjoy the variety of new flavors we have to offer.”
These new cocktails are available now and can be ordered at the bar or at your favorite slot machine. Drinks will be complimentary for players.
