Fall into October at The Venetian Las Vegas

As the weather starts to cool off and the pumpkin patches ripen, the resort readies for October with new fall menus and Halloween cocktails.

The Cocktail Collective is serving Halloween cocktails at The Dorsey, Rosina and Electra bars. Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer is offering a pumpkin spice burger. BRERA osteria has a Halloween menu with three new dishes. The menu includes Autunnale, a salad of shaved brussels sprouts, Tuscan kale, pomegranate and crispy red quinoa, roasted sea scallops with horseradish confit potatoes, tomatoes and black onion sauce, and Ocean Trout served over a bed of forbidden rice with brusssels Sprouts.

The Dorsey Cocktail Bar will be serving up "Harvest Riot" and "El Diablo". Rosina Cocktails Lounge will serve "Pumpkin Spice Carajillo".

Autunnale is a salad of shaved brussels sprouts, Tuscan kale, pomegranate and crispy red quinoa. Roasted sea scallops are served with horseradish confit potatoes, tomatoes and black onion sauce. Ocean Trout is served over a bed of forbidden rice with brusssels Sprouts and nardello pepper crema.

Matteo's Ristorante Italiano is dressing up its menu for Halloween with the delicious flavors of fall. Cut by Wolfgang Puck offers a Rough Cuts menu exclusively at the bar. Mott 32 is adding new seasonal dishes and cocktails to its already robust menu. October is the perfect month for patio dining at The Venetian Resort. Bouchon by Thomas Keller features a unique patio that is hidden from The Strip. Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer offers some of the best views on The Las Vegas Strip and of Grand Canal. LAVO Italian Restaurant offers outdoor patio seating and stunning views of Las Las. WAKUDA is a patio to watch the sunset and capture the energy of The Vegas strip.

Battuta di salmone is salmon tartare with squid ink aioli, cucumber and red onion. Raviol i barbietole is a beet and goat cheese filled pasta in sage butter sauce. Calamarata al nero de sepia is squid-infused pasta with scallops, calamari, shrimp and mussels. Maialino is roasted suckling pig with apple-fennel marmalade and pumpkin gnocchi.

Lava Italian Restaurant offers outdoor patio seating and stunning views of Las Las.
