Penn National has hosted the opening of its third casino in Pennsylvania, Hollywood York Casino.
Penn National Gaming opens its third gaming venue in Pennsylvania, Hollywood York Casino. It offers cardless, cashless and contactless payments using 3C technology. Chris Cubbage and Ricky Fields were the first official patrons to enter the venue. The entertainment facility offers 24 table games and 510 slot machines. The first Barstool Sportsbook in the state is also available. Other casinos have already embraced cashlessness technology, but Hollywood will allow gamblers to conduct “fully casheless procedures” like chip redemptions and buy-ins at gaming tables.
Penn National opens Hollywood York Casino in York Galleria Mall. It is the 43rd property in North America. The construction provided 230 jobs and now offers employment to 290 staff members. In June, Penn National announced its Q1 revenue expectations of an 18% rise for the period April-June 2021.
