Nobu Hotel celebrates its 10th anniversary in Las Vegas
Wild Casino

This week, one of the hottest events around is at Nobu restaurant inside Caesars Palace, where celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa hosts a fabulous 10-year anniversary party for the restaurant and for Nobu Hotel on Oct. 27.

It’s hard to believe it’s been a decade since Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper collaborated on the first branded hotel by the celebrity chef, a collaboration that led to Nobu Hospitality’s collection of 18 hotels worldwide.

The hotel has been a draw for stars and for movers and shakers since it opened in 2013 and, last year, underwent an extensive refresh of the hotel’s 184 rooms as well as the 10,300-square-foot, rooftop Nobu Villa. Across the hotel, guests now find a modern style inspired by kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing pottery with gold epoxy.

If you can score tickets to the celebration, you’ll enjoy an enormous array of Nobu signature dishes and special creations inspired by the 10 North American Nobu Hotels: Tako “Tacu-tacu” tacos; king crab with yuzu kosho; slow-cooked pork belly with pickled peach amazu ponzu; lobster robatayaki; a Po’ boy with crispy oyster “beignet”; Belgian endive filled with cucumber and sliced heirloom tomato; and much more. Representing Nobu Hotel is the sushi bar, with a variety of hand rolls and signature caviar tacos.

And if you are staying at the Nobu Hotel, make sure you take advantage of the exclusive in-room dining menu curated by Nobu’s culinary team, plus Nobu breakfast through in-room dining.

The celebration also highlights the special relationship that Nobu Hospitality has with Caesars Entertainment—Nobu Hotels are also planned to open at Atlantic City and New Orleans Caesars properties. But Caesars Palace will always be the home of the original!
