New York's Seneca Niagara Resort named a Best Casino Outside of Las Vegas by USA Today readers

Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino in New York has been named one of the Best Casinos Outside of Las Vegas in the USA Today 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards. The facility finished sixthoverall, with no other casinos within 450 miles finishing in the top 10.
In late July, a panel of industry experts and editors selected Seneca Niagara as one of 20 nominees for the award and opened a month-long public vote to decide the 10 best.

Nominees for the USA TODAY 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards are chosen by a panel of experts. The nomination panel for the “Best Casino Outside of Las Vegas” award included: Christopher Parr, Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Pursuitist; Lisa Robertson-Dziedzic, Publisher and Editor-in-chief of Casino Player and Strictly Slots magazines; Melanie Reffes, journalist at USA TODAY.
Located just blocks away from the world-famous Niagara Falls, Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino opened on December 31, 2002, following a $100 million makeover of the former Niagara Falls Convention & Civic Center, and added its 26-story AAA Four Diamond Award hotel tower in 2005.
