Drawings are held every Tuesday and Friday at 11 p.m. ET.
Mega Millions is played in 45 states, Washington D.C. and U.S. Virgin Islands.
Entries select five numbers between 1-70 for the white balls and select one number between 1-25 for the gold Mega ball.
Matching all five white balls in any order and correctly picking the gold Mega Ball wins the jackpot!

$441 million (estimated) — as of Tuesday, April 11 at 2:20 p.m. ET.

The Mega Millions jackpot will vary based on sales and announced before each drawing.
There are 9 ways to win a prize. As mentioned, matching all five white balls in any order and picking the correct gold Mega ball wins the jackpot.
If you correctly pick all five white balls but miss the gold Mega ball, you win $1 million and can win up to $5 million depending on the Megaplier, which is 2x through 15x.
