Maverick Finalizes $80.5M Evergreen Gaming Acquisition

Maverick Gaming has finalized its acquisition of Evergreen Gaming. The former party will pay $80.5 million for the acquisition.
Maverick Gaming has acquired Evergreen Gaming for $80.5 million. The deal will expand Maverick's US presence with several new properties. Maverik now owns 31 casinos, hotels and manufacturing businesses across Colorado, Nevada and Washington. The company's table games number has been scaled up to more than 360, while its slot machines number 2,700.
Maverick Gaming has completed the acquisition of Evergreen Gaming. The company hopes to see benefits from the purchase by January. Earlier this year, Maverick supported the launch of commercial sports betting in Washington. Two months ago, the company announced a casino gaming solutions agreement with Acres Manufacturing Company.
