Games dealer at Woodbine Casino implicated in collusion scheme with guests

OPP are laying charges after they say a dealer at Woodbine Casino was helping guests cheat at a table game.

The Investigation and Enforcement Bureau (which is attached to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario) learned of the allegations in mid-October.

Five people have been arrested.

Arthur Segovia, 52, of Etobicoke, has been charged with criminal breach of trust, cheating at play, theft (over $5,000) and fraud (over $5,000).

Khalil Evans, 29, of Toronto, Donovan Smyth-Todd, 30, of Toronto, Daniel Hatton, 25, of Toronto, and Andrew Gayle-Bourne, 33, of Oakville, have each been charged with cheating at play, theft (over $5,000) and fraud (over $5,000).
