GiG signs platform deal with casino operator Kings Media in Ontario

Gig has signed a platform deal with Kings Media Ltd. GiG will provide the platform for Kings media in the newly regulated Ontario province in Canada. The agreement is for an initial three years with the opportunity to be further renewed. Ontario opened for iGaming as recently as April 2022. It is expected to grow to €2bn in gross gaming revenue (GGR) over the next three year. An existing customer is going to launch this quarter, with King Media expected in H1 2023. Richard Brown, CEO of Gig is delighted to partner with a prominent online casino operator.

Flutter Funds RGC’s Gambling Ads Research

Flutter Entertainment has provided the Responsible Gambling Council with funding to conduct research on gambling ads. The Centre for the Advancement of Best Practices will conduct the research. It will focus on marketing within the gambling industry and how it affects customers. Its results will be used as a base for recommendations to gambling regulators in North America.
