HARRISBURG, Pa. (WTAJ) — DraftKings and Betway are facing fines from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

During a March public meeting, the Board approved two agreements, resulting in $20,000 in fines against the two online gaming companies.

Stadium Casino RE, LLC has a $10,000 fine for offering unapproved college prop bets through its subcontracted Betway platform.

Likewise, Crown PA DFS, Inc., d/b/a DraftKings, also has a $10,000 fine for permitting Pennsylvania players to access its “Reignmakers” fantasy contests after the Board had ordered them to be unavailable in the Commonwealth.

The Board did not announce if any adults were banned from all PA Casinos this month as they have done in the past.

The next meeting of the Board is scheduled for 10 a.m., Wednesday, April 24, in the Board’s Public Hearing Room located on the second floor of the Strawberry Square Complex in Harrisburg.
