Danville Casino Project by Caesars is moving forward. The construction phase of the project should be completed by the second or third quarter of 2022. It is expected that the hiring process will begin during the last quarter. Caeres expects to hire 900 employees during construction and 1,300 full-time employees once the casino is up and running. There are still requirements that must be fulfilled for the construction to move forward, such as the decibel limit for outside noise and a landscape buffer.
