Nevada gaming: South Shore Lake Tahoe win up 8%, statewide down over 7%

Nevada's nonrestricted gaming licensees reported a total of $1,220,869,734 for the month of November 2022. For the fiscal year 2022 through 2022, the gaming win has barely increased, up by .76%. For Lake Tahoe's south shore, revenue was $19,658,939, an 8.24 percent increase over November 2021. On the north shore the reported gaming won was down 7.02%.

Nevada casinos reported their 12th consecutive billion-dollar month in February. The win on the Las Vegas Strip was up 72 percent from a year ago to $599.1 million. Clark County raked in $949.8 million, Carson Valley reported an increase of 17.2 percent. South Lake Tahoe was the only reporting area in Nevada to finish February with a decrease. North Shore casinos at Crystal Bay increased win 4. 2 percent to a total of $2.3 million in the month. Sports pools won $30.9 million down 2. 9 percent, but the total wagered on sports was 40.7 percent up to $781 million and non-restricted licensees reported just over $ 2 million winnings in Churchill County.
