Caesars shares plans for revamping Las Vegas Strip Casino. New casinos, including Dream Las. Vegas and the long-delayed Fontainebleau, are on their way. Hard Rock International plans a Guitar Hotel on the site of the Mirage's volcano. Caesar's plans to sell Flamingo resort casino and rebrand Ballys under its gambler-friendly Horseshoe brand. Celebrity chef Guy Fieri gave away a key part of this plan at a July 11 event.
Caesars is planning to replace the sportsbook at the Horseshoe with an all-ages arcade. The sports book will be installed later. Fieri has a longstanding partnership with Caesar's.
Caesars wants to bring a food-themed event to the sportsbook at Horseshoe. Guy Fieri owns a number of restaurants, ranging from the quick-serve Chicken Guy to higher-end fine-dining concepts like his restaurant at Caesar's Cherokee resort in North Carolina. His restaurant in the Linq is table-served but casual.
