MGM Resorts Answers Caesar's Big Las Vegas Strip Casino Move

MGM Resorts International and Caesars Entertainment have properties on the Las Vegas Strip. Caeresars and MGM have their properties clustered together on Central and South Strip, so what one does impacts the other. Caerds is giving its Bally's Resort and Casino a major overhaul and rebranding under the Horseshoe name.
Caesars is remodeling Ballys. MGM bought the Cosmopolitan. Horseshoe is a brand with a long Las Vegas association. The sportsbook restaurant will be a new concept from Guy Fieri. The property will have a large all-ages arcade.
MGM is renovating the Studio Tower at MGM Grand. The 700-room tower will be a hotel-within-a-hotel. It will have a retro desert feel with mid-century modern design and décor aesthetic. There will also be renovated lobby complete with neon signs and curvy sofas. The project was designed by Los Angeles-based Avenue Design. They wanted to create a relaxing atmosphere for business travelers. MGM called the newly redesigned tower "a refreshing respite just steps away from the energy and excitement of one of Las Vegas's premier hotels"
