The transaction is based on a freemium model and will allow WCH to expand its customer reach and diversify its business for land-based casinos.
Wind Creek Hospitality has acquired Seattle-headquartered FlowPlay. Flowplay is a developer, operator and publisher of online and mobile free-to-play experiences. The transaction does not include a Real Money Gaming offering. Derrick Morton will continue leading Flow play as President of the new WCH subsidiary. Douglas Pearson will maintain his role as CTO. W CH belongs to the Poarch Band of Creek Indians, the only federally recognized tribe in Alabama. It manages the tribe's gaming facilities including: Wind Creek Atmore, Wind. Creek Wetumpka, and Wind creek Montgomery.
