A claim alleging Big Fish Games Inc. and Product Madness Inc. deceptively advertised chips and coins in their digital casino games is barred by an earlier settlement that released such claims, a federal judge said.

The US District Court for the Western District of Washington on Monday said the plaintiffs class action complaint was “devoid of sufficient detail” that differentiated their claim from those barred by a $155 million 2021 settlement.
