LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The Power Slap League is coming to a new Las Vegas casino next month.

The controversial sport sees contestants slap each other the hardest they can to win the competitions.

Power Slap fights are typically three to five rounds. According to the Associated Press, the fighters take turns hitting each other in the face with an open hand, and those on the receiving end stand with their hands behind their backs.

On Wednesday, the Durango Casino & Resort announced that they would be hosting the live event on Friday, February 9.

VIP tickets are on sale now, with several packages available, including a $1,795 meet and greet opportunity with Charles Barkley.
