Nevada has issued a three-week pause on COVID-19. New restrictions and limitations will be imposed on hotels, businesses and casinos.

Visitors to Las Vegas must wear a mask at all times. They must also wear it when they are in the presence of someone outside of their own household.

Nevada's new restrictions on gaming operations and restaurants will limit capacity to 25%. Reservations are required at restaurants and tables are limited to four people. Masks must be worn at all times.

Nevada's new gatherings limit is 50 people or less. This could be a problem for shows and they may have to cancel. The new rules are not yet final.

Nevada Gaming Control Board will enforce the new requirements on casinos. The more successfully Nevada mitigates COVID over the next several weeks, the more likely we are to experience a return to current gaming floor occupancy percentages.
