Letters: Local Police Need Radar; Rein in School Taxes; Casino Opposition

Pennsylvania does not provide local police with radar to enforce speed limits. House Bill 606 authorizes local cops to use radar. Ferguson Township Police stopped 10,000 vehicles and issued 3,500 tickets in 5 years. The municipality receives $12.50 per ticket.
