The Powerball jackpot continues to rise with an estimated jackpot of $255 million.

If someone matches all six balls in Wednesday night's drawing, the winner would take home the grand prize, which currently has a cash option of $117.1 million.

Monday's winning numbers were 24, 33, 35, 37 and 42 and the red Powerball was 21 . The Power Play was 2X.

Although no one won Monday's jackpot prize, a ticket purchased in Illinois matched all five white balls for a $1 million prize, according to lottery officials.

Powerball drawings are held each Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m. EST. Drawings can be viewed live at powerball.com/watch-drawing.

The Powerball jackpot was last hit in the Oct. 11, 2023 drawing, when a ticket in California matched all five white balls and the red Powerball to win a grand prize worth $1.765 billion, which was the second-largest prize in Powerball history. Since then, there have been 14 consecutive drawings without a jackpot winner, according to lottery officials.
