Danielle Pertusiello and her friend, Amanda Collado, walked into a bathroom on the first floor of an upscale Las Vegas hotel and casino.
Seconds later, they were accosted from behind by two other women - struck "by closed fists in the back of the head," according to a Las Vegas police report obtained by Fox News Digital.
A massive brawl ensued, which spilled out into the lobby of the upscale Wynn Las Vegas, where a poker tournament was taking place.
The four nearly naked women grabbed at each other, ripped at each other's scanty clothing and hair and smacked each other with their heals and flip-flops, video shows.
Throughout most of the ordeal, the women's thongs were exposed.
The police report, which is heavily redacted, revealed some of the rationale behind the brawl and showcased the events leading up to the smackdown, which happened at 6pm on July 9.
It all started over a married man, who Pertusiello told police she had been sleeping with. One of the women who accosted the 24-year-old was allegedly the man's wife, who had previously caught Pertusiello with her husband.
Pertusiello and Collado, 29, had allegedly just come from a pool party on the top floor of the building. The wife and her friend recognised the woman, came up behind her and Collado, tapped them on the shoulders, then swung at them.
Before long, all four women were rolling around on the floor in their skirts, halter tops and exposed thongs, wailing on each other with their shoes.
A bystander rushed over and tried to pull them apart, pinning two of the women against the wall, but Pertusiello ran over, brandishing a pink flip-flop, and started wailing on them all once more.
The redactions make it unclear exactly which woman is the scorned wife.
One video showed Pertusiello dragging one of the women to the floor from her motorised scooter, but it's unclear when that happened in the timeline of events.
Moments later, the casino's security came over to help. A guard tackled Pertusiello to the ground, ending the fight.
The New Yorker was detained in the casino's holding cell.
During the commotion, one of the unnamed women slipped away, and the police were unable to find or contact her.
Pertusiello and Collado were charged with disorderly conduct and released.
The cheating husband was reportedly not in town when the smackdown occurred.
