Merkur Group’s UK subsidiary will support the next phase of the Mindful Resilience Programme launched by the Young Gamers and Gamblers Education Trust.

Merkur Group UK announced its support to the Mindful Resilience Programme. The program is aimed at providing health care professionals with access to training related to gambling harm impact on people under the age of 25. Merkur also announced the opening of six new entertainment centers earlier in the month. The centers focus on bingo and digital slot machines with an emphasis on low stake gaming. They are located in Aberdeen, Blackpool, Crawley, Kidderminster, Rayners Lane, and Taunton.

"We are delighted to be able to play a small part in helping to fund an initiative that directs resources into helping the safer gambling narrative."

Health professionals will receive training to protect young people and the vulnerable.
