His past roles include serving as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas, Vice President of Casino Marketing at The Mirage Hotel and Casino, and Vice President of Operations at Beau Rivage Resort and Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi.
