As for the dining scene, no new buffets are slated to open in 2024. The number of buffets remains at 13, mirroring the previous year. However, food halls are gaining traction as the preferred alternative, offering a diverse range of culinary delights.

Adding to the city’s unique charm, renowned competitive eater, Joey ‘Jaws’ Chestnut will participate in the Siegel’s Bagelmania World Bagel-Eating Championship on January 13, alongside top female eater Miki Sudo. While the Marvel Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N., an interactive exhibit that opened in 2016 at Treasure Island, has closed, the city continues to offer a plethora of unique experiences for everyone.
