A £110millionj jackpot is up for grabs in Friday’s EuroMillions draw. If a single winner scoops Friday’s whopping jackpot prize they could follow in the footsteps of £107million winner Neil Trotter, who scooped a EuroMillions jackpot in the draw exactly 10 years ago today.

As money would be no object, the winner could opt for the most expensive car in the world - the Rolls-Royce La Rose Noire Droptail, with a price tag of over £23million. It was inspired by the Black Baccara rose, a rare and beautiful flower, and can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.8 seconds and reach a top speed of 155 mph.

But if racing cars are more your thing - the 777 Hypercar is an ultra-exclusive track car that has a whopping top speed of 230 mph. This track-only toy costs just under £6million, meaning you’d be able to buy 18 of them.

Car mechanic Neil had always had a passion for motorsport racing but due to work commitments and the increasing cost of running a race car, he decided to hang up his keys. But after his life-changing EuroMillions jackpot win, Neil was able to go back to his beloved racing, enjoying success with his own race team and treating himself to a supercar of his own.

The car wasn’t the only thing on Neil and his girlfriend Nicky’s wishlist when they scooped the jackpot. They also lusted after a new home with its very own lake in the garden. Neil now manages a 500-acre estate, and his dream of one lake has been fulfilled many times over with him now owning at least six lakes and woodland ponds at the last count!

Neil said: “Being a Trotter, I always said I’d be a millionaire one day – and I somehow knew I’d win on the Lottery. I used to tell my dad I’d have a house with a lake, and he’d say ‘In your dreams, son!’ I had such a strong feeling on the Friday that I won that I even told the secretary at work. Winning allowed me to go back to my first love – racing – and I have the house with a lake too.”

With the Formula 1 season in full swing, a single winner of this Friday’s enormous EuroMillions jackpot prize would be able to fly across the globe to watch the Australian Grand Prix next weekend. And not just on any flight – a UK winner could afford to take their very own private jet, with a 25-Passenger Airbus ACJ319, featuring a Stateroom with Master Bathroom and Shower on sale for just under £30million.

The winner and their guests could also all have their own club-king room at The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne, one of the most luxurious hotels in the city, with a Thursday - Tuesday stay costing approximately £75,505 in total. With the entire trip costing less than a third of the jackpot prize, there would be plenty of money left over for spending and celebrating, whilst enjoying one of the most exhilarating sports in the world.

Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Advisor at The National Lottery, said: “EuroMillions players' hearts will be racing this weekend with this exciting EuroMillions £110M Super jackpot ready to be won. I’ve been lucky enough to have met so many players that have won big on The National Lottery, and the best advice I can give to any new winner is to take your time to plan out what you want to do with the win and who you want to help out.

"Whilst supercars and extravagant holidays are great, it’s always best to take a minute to really think about what you want to spend the life-changing win on before rushing into making any big decisions. My team and I have our fingers crossed for all UK players and are on standby to support our big winners as they start their life-changing journey.”

A single winner of the life-changing jackpot prize would find themselves richer than Northern Ireland’s Formula 1 icon Eddie Irvine. He competed in F1 between 1993 and 2002 and was the 1999 World Championship runner-up representing Ferrari, and is worth approximately £94million. One UK winner would be on par with the youngest ever F1 world champion, who has since won the World Championship four times - Sebastian Vettel - who is worth approximately £109million. They’d also be just shy of British ex-F1 World Champion and Sky Sports presenter Jenson Button’s fortune, which is estimated at around £118million.

To get an idea of just how much money is up for grabs in Friday’s draw, if the £110million jackpot was divided up into £50 notes and stacked together, they would weigh 2.66 tonnes - heavier than three Formula 1 race cars.

Players are urged to get their tickets before 7.30pm this Friday to be in with a chance of winning the jackpot prize.
