ATHENS, Ala. (AP) — More than 60 gambling machines and $11,000 in cash were seized during weekend raids on illegal betting operations in Alabama, according to authorities.

Limestone County Sheriff’s investigators recovered the machines and cash near Athens on Saturday, the agency said in a statement Sunday.
