Four Winds Casino's Additional Casino Space is Now Open

Four Winds Casino in South Bend, Indiana celebrated the opening of its gaming floor expansion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony last August 18th. The expanded gaming area brings an additional 45,000 square feet to the casino’s existing 140,00 square foot of gaming space.

Four Winds Casino's Additional Casino Space is Now Open. The expansion is part of a massive project undertaken by the casino after it was approved to offer Class III gaming. Main feature of the expansion includes a 23-story hotel with 317 rooms including 83 suites. It is on track for an early 2023 completion.

The casino opened a sportsbook last November. The Ribbon Town Conference and Event Center is a 24,000-square-foot multi-use facility with 16 meeting rooms, a 600-seat ballroom, two pre-function bar areas, and a business center.

The Pokagon Band of Potawatomi opened its first casino in 2017 at Wilson Road in New Buffalo Michigan. It also operates two satellite gambling properties in South Michigan at Red Arrow Highway in Hartford and M-51 in Dowagiac.
