Holland Casino reports $352.3 million in revenue for the first half of the year. Online gaming made up 23% of H1's total revenue with $82.8 million. iGaming was legalized in the Netherlands in October last year and it represents a new vertical for Holland Casino.

The European Casino Association is holding its General Assembly and its Casino Industry Forum in Baden, Austria next week. The General assembly is taking place on September 27-30, 2022. Petra de Ruiter has been appointed as the new CEO of Holland Casino. She succeeds Erwin van Lambaart. De Ruitter is currently the chief operations officer at budget airline Transavia. The Board of Directors will consist of deRuiter, Ruud Bergervoet (Chief Financial Officer) and Malinda Miener (chief Compliance Officer). It will take effect on 1 September. The company is in a recovery period after the past years. It has 14 offices and is now also online.

Petra de Ruiter will become the new CEO of Holland Casino as of September 1, 2022. She will replace Erwin van Lambaart, who stepped down in April to become CEO at Casinos Austria. Petra is currently Chief Operations Officer at Dutch airline Transavia. She is responsible for the entire business operations, including safety at Transavia. De Ruitter will join Ruud Bergervoet and Malinda Miener in the management team.

Erwin van Lambaart has been appointed General Director of Casinos Austria AG. He is currently CEO of Holland Casino and will move into his new Board of Management on 14 March 2022. He will succeed Bettina Glatz-Kremsner, who will not be available for a contract extension until 1 April 2022, effective from March 2021. Van Lambart is a proven casino and gaming expert who led Holland casino through a restructuring.

Holland Casino has signed a four-year sponsorship deal with the top tier Eredivisie, second tier Keuken Kampioen Division and its broadcast partner ESPN. The sponsorship will begin with 2021-22 season. It is the first time the gaming operator has been associated with football. It was the naming rights sponsor from 2002 to 2005 with Holland Casino E redivistivie.

Holland Casino and Keuken Kampioen Divisie will work together on a range of programs and projects aimed at encouraging safer gambling among players in the Netherlands.
