Entain Doubles Investment into In-House Online Casino Content

Entain is set to double investment in its in-house game development studios. The company is planning to create 300 new jobs in the next year. Entain operates in partnership with Las Vegas casino and hospitality giant MGM Resorts International. Its recently released exclusive content includes free-to-play slots tournaments. The first VR product – a multi-activity sports club – is also set for release later this year and Formula 1 themed online casino content in 2021.
Entain is increasing investment in its in-house studios. The company's future in house content will help it strengthen its presence in existing markets and expand into new ones. Entain announced last fall that it would quit all unregulated markets its brands operate in and that will be deriving 100% of its revenue from regulated territories by the end of 2023. The gambling operator will focus some of the development work on producing exclusive content for the US that they will offer via their local brand, BetMGM.
