We will also be hiring for The District Food Hall, which is currently scheduled to open toward the end of September. The food hall will include Velvet Taco, Slush�d, The Pit, Italia Kitchen and South Hot Chicken, and all culinary employees will receive training through Choctaw Nation�s new parntership program with Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology. The program begins with basic skills and works up to more advanced techniques, offering associates a unique opportunity to train with chefs and earn college credit toward a degree at OSUIT.
