ST. GEORGE — Under new ownership, CasaBlanca Resort & Casino in Mesquite, Nevada, announced plans for a $6 million renovation to the property.

According to the news release issued by the resort, CasaBlanca will be adding over 200 new slots to the gaming floor, and the new CasaBlanca Showroom will feature comfortable seating arrangements, including bar stools, high-top tables and lounge areas, providing options for guests to relax and socialize while enjoying live entertainment or watching the games.

CasaBlanca Resort & Casino has planned an extensive remodeling project valued at approximately $6 million, according to Mesquite Gaming, the parent company of the property. Construction will begin in May and is expected to be completed by this fall

“This substantial investment being made by our new ownership group will have a transformational impact on the casino and showroom, elevating the Casablanca Resort experience for all guests,” Justin Moore, CEO of Mesquite Gaming, said in the press release. “Every dollar will go into making this already successful resort more welcoming and enjoyable for our customers.”

Initially, the renovation will focus on doubling the current size of the Center Bar, adding a new sports bar, and increasing the number of slots on the CasaBlanca Resort gaming floor with over 200 new slots. All operations and amenities at the property will remain open throughout the remodeling phase.
