Bragg Gaming Group Obtains Wild Streak Gaming

Bragg Gaming Group has bought Wild Streak gaming on June 2. WildStreak is a Las Vegas-based gaming content developer with a portfolio of 39 casino titles. Bragg has acquired numerous global partnerships in Europe and Latin America since its inception in 2012.
Bragg Gaming Group has signed an agreement to buy Wild Streak Gaming for US$30 million. WildStreak will receive US $10 million in cash and US.$20 million worth of common shares from its parent company over the course of the next three years. Bragg will gain access to Wildstreak's library of 39 premium casino titles and intellectual property. The developer's design team is compiled of experienced and innovative individuals from the gaming industry, including famous slot designer, founder, and current CEO of Wildstriking. Doug Fallon.
Mr. Carter has taken over the position of CEO from May 1 this year. He succeeded Adam Arviv who was the previous CEO. Mr.Carter was involved in the launch of SBTech in US.
Bragg Gaming Group has published its financial results for the first quarter of 2021. The gaming corporation has reported a 62% increase in revenue compared to last year.
