AC Casinos in Atlantic City, New Jersey fined five times for allowing minors and self-excluded people to wager since 2019.

Tropicana Atlantic City allowed 40 self-excluded bettors to gamble in November 2021. Harrah's Resort Atlantic city allowed seven people to bet without checking their identities. Caesars Atlantic Hotel & Casino got fined twice for not properly checking the identities of betters. Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Atlantic had to forfeit $1,632.

Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa is the biggest offender in New Jersey. Caesars has received eight more fines behind its back. Bally's Casino has been fined five times. Harrah's has three previous violations, leading to the forfeiture of $18,861. Tropicana has two other recorded cases. Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino didn't break the rules a single time in the last few years. Atlantic City's casinos are recovering from the pandemic.
