(PRESS RELEASE) -- Silverton Casino Hotel announces its January gaming promotions and hotel experiences, including an autograph signing and photography opportunity with former Vegas Golden Knights player Deryk Engelland.

Mi Casa Grill Cantina is now open for brunch on Saturdays and Sundays at 11 a.m. with a unique array of menu items including horchata overnight oats made with stewed oats, cinnamon, raisins, candied pecans and sweetened cream ($8); huevos ahogado made with three poached eggs and tomato-jalapeno broth ($14); and Ancho chile-crusted ribeye and eggs ($55).Mi Casa Grill Cantina is also offering Patrón specialty margaritas for $15 each, served in a Patrón mini souvenir bottle while supplies last. Try the “Refresh-a-Rita,” made with gin, Patrón Silver, cucumber puree, elderflower, lemon juice and simple syrup; “Silver-Rita,” made with Patrón Silver, triple sec and chamoy; and the “Berry-Rita,” made with Patrón Silver, lemon juice, triple sec and muddled blueberries mixed with agave syrup.Mermaid Lounge is serving up a “Football Frenzy” menu available during football games. For $35 per person, the seasonal menu features two pitchers of PBR or one bucket of PBR bottles (five bottles each), choice of cheese or pepperoni pizza and a frenzy party platter that includes mini beef nachos, buffalo chicken sliders, and chicken wings with a choice of sauce and parmesan fries.

Get ready to rock on early into the new year. Pablo Cruise, multi-platinum selling Bay Area pop and rock band known for their hit songs like “Love Will Find a Way” will make their way back to the Veil Pavilion stage on Saturday, Jan. 15. at 8 p.m. with tickets starting at $35 plus taxes and fees.

January 30 - Deryk Engelland Autograph Signing

Former Vegas Golden Knights player and fan favorite, Deryk Engelland, will be on property on Sunday, Jan. 30 from 2-4 p.m. Autographs and photos will be available starting at $35. Each guest must bring their own item.
