Scores Casino has a great selection of live casino games, all powered by one of the best in business in Evolution. The range of games is good, the dealers themselves are consistently excellent – professional but also engaging and friendly – and the software works really well.

The live tables also perform just as well on mobile devices, whether you’re playing via the Scores app or just through your device’s browser.

Live Blackjack

Scores Casino has multiple blackjack tables, as well as some of the interesting blackjack variations created by Evolution. Infinite Blackjack for instance lets unlimited people play the same hand at the same time, which means no waiting around for a free seat.

The regular tables provide the true casino blackjack experience, with limited seats and the ability to chat with the dealer and other players via the chat box.

Live Roulette

You’ll find classic American roulette tables at Scores, which once again work exactly the same as if you were in a real casino. The croupier accepts your bets via the digital interface, calls the last bets, and spins the physical wheel to determine who wins. Unlimited people can play at once too.

The customer support at Scores Casino is good if a little hard to find. There are actually two separate Scores platforms.

One is the landing page you hit when you search for Scores on Google, which has links to a help section in the main menu.

The other is the casino lobby, which is where you can actually log in and play games – and there’s no easy access point to the help section from there.

The help section contains useful FAQs, but if you want to get in touch with someone in person you’ll be redirected to the Pals Casino customer support page – where you’ll find live chat support and email support via the messaging tool.

Scores Casino is pretty unique in the NJ gambling scene: it’s the only online platform I know of that is technically operated by a strip club. Scores’ club opened in the early 90s in New York and expanded to other locations around the county as it grew – including Atlantic City by 2013.

Scores Casino actually operates under the same software as Pala Casino – meaning the gambling options at the two sites are very similar – and has little connection with the club apart from the name. Pala’s online platform has been around since 2014, while the Scores site was launched in 2017 to make the most of the existing brand awareness from the club.

It’s also worth mentioning that although the branding is the same, Scores online casino contains no references to the gentlemen’s club, stripping, or anything of that nature. In fact, if you didn’t know that’s where the name came from already, you definitely couldn’t tell from the casino.

My biggest issue with Scores Casino is the software, which feels a little outdated compared with the best sites in NJ. It can be difficult to access the help section, which could also use some more detailed FAQs. Ultimately, you may as well get redirected to Pals Casino for more information, which isn’t ideal.

The virtual lobby feels a little bare bones too. However, the actual games are very smooth and look great.

An update for the platform and some improvements in navigation would take Scores to the next level.

Final Thoughts on Scores Casino

Scores Casino has been in the game for a long time. In fact, the launch of the online platform actually predated the official removal of PASPA, and the arrival of legal online gambling in NJ.

All that experience over the years means that Scores is doing a lot of things right. The variety of games is great, and some of the most fun and valuable bonuses in the state can be found here.

In terms of improvements, the platform does feel a little closer to 2017 than today. This is something I’d like to see changed, but it doesn’t affect the actual games at all.
