A class-action lawsuit accuses online gaming platform Roblox of not only acting as an “illegal gambling ring that preys on children,” but also fleecing those underage gamblers out of thousands of dollars.

Mothers Rachel Colvin and Danielle Sass filed the suit against Roblox Tuesday in the US District Court for the Northern District of California. The plaintiffs claim their children lost money in the form of Roblox’s “internal currency on third-party gambling websites.”

According to Bloomberg, the lawsuit claims third-party online casinos RBXFlip, Bloxflip, and RBLXWild allow users to sign up and gamble with Robux. Colvin and Sass stated that, while previously denied access to online gambling funds:

children “now have, collectively, billions of Robux at their disposal.”

The mothers have stated they were unaware of their children using Robux to gamble at the time, and have demanded a trial by jury. Weitz & Luxenberg, PC and Johnson Firm, is representing the parent plaintiffs.
