Online slot supplier Red Tiger has entered into a partnership with Scandinavian operator AB Trav och Galopp (ATG).

As a result, Red Tiger’s full portfolio of slot games is now available in Sweden.

ATG is owned by Swedish trotting and thoroughbred associations in Sweden and was the exclusive provider of Swedish horseracing betting from 1974 until December 2018.

ATG has expanded into wider sports betting and casino since the Swedish market was re-regulated in 2019. Its partnership with Evolution’s Red Tiger therefore represents a further expansion.

James Jones, Head of Business Development at Red Tiger’s parent company Evolution, believes Red Tiger’s new partnership represents a "significant development."

He said: “Red Tiger’s games have proven popular in the Nordics since day one and expanding our reach there with ATG is a significant development. We are sure that ATG’s players will enjoy the wide range of content on offer.”

And spokesperson for ATG, Christian Erlandsson, believes the partnership has mutual benefits, claiming the integration of Red Tiger will enhance its casino experience.

He said: “Boosting our slots portfolio with content from an exciting studio like Red Tiger will provide players with added choice and enhance our overall casino experience.”

Earlier this week, Red Tiger went live with another operator, MrQ. In late January, the software developer also struck a partnership with London head-quartered Gamingtech.

Red Tiger’s partnership with ATG comes amid a period of considerable expansion for Evolution’s subsidiary. Expect more partnerships to be announced soon.
