Dorothy Govier of Oshawa is a quarter-million dollars richer after winning the top prize with INSTANT BINGO MULTIPLIER.

Govier, a retiree, says this is her first big win. “I play the lottery a few times a week. I enjoy playing various INSTANT games and I buy LOTTO MAX and LOTTO 6/49 tickets when the jackpot is big. I’ve been playing for over 40 years,” she shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up her winnings.

Shey says she was having a rough day when she found out about her win. “My grandson was in the ICU and I began to pray. I went down to buy a lottery ticket and when I saw I was a winner, I didn’t know how to feel. I felt mixed emotions. I knew this win was a miracle and that it was a sign that everything was going to be okay,” she said.

She plans to pay some bills with her winnings. “It’s a numb feeling. Words can’t describe it.”

OLG is booking in-person prize claim appointments at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto and strongly encourages those with claims between $1,000 and $49,999.90 to submit them online or mail them in. Submitting claims online is fast and secure. Customers with prizes over $50,000 are asked to call 1-800-387-0098 to discuss available prize claim options.

INSTANT BINGO MULTIPLIER is available for $10 a play and the top prize is $250,000. Odds of winning any prize are 1 in 3.49.
