Indigo Sky Casino & Resort has partnered with Optx, having selected the Las Vegas-based firm to provide a new casino data platform.

Optx uses data to provide analytical insight on slot gaming, marketing campaigns, player development and artificial intelligence. The casino data platform allows operators to make informed choices on gaming content, bonuses and marketing recommendations. The platform is available on both desktop and mobile apps.

Melanie Heskett, General Manager, Indigo Sky Casino & Resort, commented: “After an extensive search we are thrilled to have found Optx to efficiently streamline our operations and help us increase profit.

"Having a single piece of software that helps us continue to provide top-notch guest experiences to our players, while also enhancing our internal operations, means our players and team members both win.”

Optx, which was founded in 2019 by a group of former casino executives, developed its platform with the aim of helping ensure casinos spend more time on implementing strategies that increase guest visitation, revenue and profitability, and less time sifting through data.

Brooke Fiumara, Co-CEO at Optx, said: “We are excited to partner with the talented Indigo Sky Casino & Resort team. Indigo Sky Casino & Resort selecting Optx as their solution for slots, player development and marketing will drive incremental profit through the platform's insights.

“Optx is the most comprehensive solution available in the gaming industry and we are committed to staying that way.”

Indigo Sky is the latest casino resort to integrate Optx’s data platform into its systems, following on from Three Rivers Casino Resort, Jake’s 58 Casino Hotel and Casino Pauma, based in Oregon, New York and California respectively.
