Dream Hotel Group is starting the construction of its Dream Las Vegas hotel. The hotel will have 531 rooms and stretch 20 floors. It will also have a selection of unique restaurants, 30,000 square feet of casino space, a nightclub, ballroom and meeting space and parking space for 825 vehicles.

Dream Las Vegas project was supposed to start in early 2021. The project suffered several setbacks due to the COVID-19 pandemic and security concerns related to hotel's proximity to airport. It received regulatory approval in October 2021 and the hotel lost its ninth-floor pool club and all balconies facing the airport and moved slightly closer to Strip.

The official start of the construction on Dream Las Vegas will be on Friday, July 7th. The official developers are Shopoff Realty Investments and commercial real estate development group Contour. McCarthy Building Companies will serve as a general contractor. Governor Steve Sisolak, CEO Michael Lindenbaum and Chair of Clark County Board of Commissioners James Gibson will attend the ceremonial groundbreaking. Dream Hotel Group's other partners will send representatives to the event.

There are a lot of megaresorts in Las Vegas. There are few boutique hotels that offer a more intimate curated experience.
